## How it works

Maglev is one remote MCP server (streamable HTTP) that carries every tool:

- The first time an agent connects, the user signs in with Google in their browser and allows the connection. There is no account to make with any provider.
- Every call, its tool and its list price show on the user's dashboard.
- Errors come back as tool errors that start with a code in brackets, such as `[provider_error]`.
- `provider_error` and `provider_paused` are the provider's failures and cost nothing. Try again later or use another tool.
- An error that says it is retryable is safe to retry. Don't repeat a call that timed out: it may already have run.
- `budget_exceeded` and `insufficient_balance` are billing codes that apply after early access.
